5 point to make a difference - 5 idee per essere diversi

Scroll down for English version - thanks!
Prossimo post/next post Venerdì/Friday September 9th

  3. Chi sono i miei clienti? Chi sto puntando e perché?
  4. Quali sono i loro obiettivi? Perché dovrebbero comperare da me?

What is mandatory and relevant nowadays is to stand out of the crowd in a competitive marketplace.
We all know that, and we are also very aware of the difficulty to make the difference.
This post by Chris Garret, an online marketing consultant , focused on a sharp critique of a well known blog can be a very interesting starting point for analyzing our own’s offer and positioning.
The most important suggestion in Chris’s article in my opinion is this one: ”Share your unique point of difference, show how that will benefit your audience towards their goals, and back it up with proof!”
Why I do claim that this is the main point? I do believe that Chris has been able to squeeze in a single sentence the five main points that everyone of us should always remember while trying to sell something: solutions, products, blogs, ideas.
  1. Why am I different? What I’m offering that no else is not?
  2. Which are the benefits that my clients/readers/referrals can get from what I’m offering?
  3. Who is my audience? Whom I’m targeting and why?
  4. Which are their goals? Why should they “buy” from me?
  5. How can I prove them that I’m reliable?

When we can find the best answers to this questions I believe we are in the best position to go on searching for answers that can be even better than the best, because the world around is is revolving and changing daily.
What are your suggestions?

I 7 step tradotti in italiano

Season premier - Una nuova stagione

Prossimo post/next post  Sabato/Saturday September 3rd

1)   Esport low cost e low risk, pensato per le società italiane che intendono crescere vendendo all’estero e scritto così in italiano ;

The season opener of successful tv serial should resume the main theme of the previous season while keeping, or better raise the attention and interest for the new episodes.
So should we.
We close the summer season with several post about exporting to other countries and the best strategies to implement an action plan.
It was not exactly a theme for this blog, which is more focused on referral selling. So we moved that subject to a new blog, or better say two new blogs:
1)   Exporting low cost and low risks, designed for Italian companies will to grow while selling abroad and thus written in Italian
2)   Selling to Italy, designed for any not-Italian company willing to sell to Italians in Italy (or on line) therefore in English
These blogs will be opened on Sept 1st, so if you want to go on discussing these subjects please take note of their links.
Here we will go on talking about referral sales.
And to start the new season with a bang here a new social media specifically designed for referral.
I’ve start learning it and try to explore its potentiality.
At first sight it seems an interesting tool to look for referral. Of course, since everyone is in search of new clients, to gain ground on our competition, which will be present on the same website, we have to act quickly and on the… opposite direction.  That means that we have to provide referral to someone, to help them find new contacts so to establish our reputation and set a positive path.
What do think, could this work?

Prossimo post/next post Thursday/Giovedì September 1st

Sorry for the delay and welcomed back!

Buone vacanze a tutti!
