Come posso rafforzarli? E poi: devo realmente?
Simpatia:
1.     Gli piaccio? Da che cosa lo deduco?
2.     Mi parla di cose personali o solo di lavoro?
3.     Gli piace stare con me? Mi offre un caffè? Mostra di gradire la nostra conversazione?
4.     Con quale stile mi parla? E’ molto formale?
Fiducia
1.     Mi fornisce informazioni confidenziali
2.     Mi presenta ad altre persone in azienda?
3.     Mi chiede suggerimenti
Stima
1.     Mi chiede consigli? Chiede soluzioni ai suoi problemi?
2.     Segue i consigli?
2.      Parla di questo valore ai suoi colleghi?

Queste domande sono state d’aiuto?
E l’amico-di-business? Ne parliamo domani! È una promessa!

How can we measure the relationship status? What could we do then?
Once we have checked the heat of a relationship we can act, we can draw an action plan to leverage our strength in order to improve the weaknesses: which of the six factor is poor or even missing? How can I strengthen it? Should I? Which benefits will I get from it?
Since, we clarified in previous post, we want to build solid relationship to enlarge our network, we have to clearly understand the state of it.
Now, to verify the level of temperature we should answer to these questions:
Rapport:
1.     Does (s)he like me? How can I tell?
2.     Does (s)he talk about personal matter?
3.     Does (s)he show to like spending time with me?
4.     Which words does (s)he use to talk about facts? Strictly professional? Formal language?
Trust:
1.     Does (s)he show to trust me, giving me confidential information?
2.     Does (s)he introduce me to other people inside her/his company?
3.     Does (s)he ask for suggestions?
Esteem:
1.     Does (s)he ask for guidance?
2.     Does (s)he follow my suggestions?
3.     How does (s)he name me when (s)he introduce me to her/his colleagues?
Respect
1.     Does (s)he make me wait without motivated reasons?
2.     Does (s)he answer promptly to my mail/phone call?
3.     Does (s)he interrupt our meeting for answering the phone, getting our of the room and so on?
4.     Does (s)he interrupt me when I’m talking?
Empathy
1.     Do I understand her/his mood and act accordingly?
2.     Do I always talk or spend most time listening?
Value/Advantage
1.     Does (s)he show with evidence that I’m providing value for her/his
2.     Does (s)he tell other people that I solved her/his problems?

Now, have these questions be of help? What else could you share with us about this?
And, by the way, we will cover business friendship tomorrow!
