The final answers - Le risposte finali

Scroll down for English version  - thanks!

Prossimo post/next post Giovedì/Thursday July 14th

SDL: ammirazione, distinzione, piacere.

Come possiamo avvicinarci?

English version

Let’s go on to answer to the remaining questions about client for the same two different products/services, we used in our previous post. My intent is  just to share examples and work together on something that, I hope, could be useful for everyone.
As a remainder, the two business that I chose are
a)    sales consultant (SC): how to raise your profit with our help
b)   luxury woman shoes (LWS): wear your unique pair of shoes to be ravishing
And here the answers to the questions we didn’t considered in the previous post.
What do they hope to gain from us: what are they looking for? What do they expect from a supplier? What they are used to obtain? What they want to avoid? How they use to rate a good supplier? And a partner
SC: someone to trust, someone who does not aggress them claiming they are wrong, they did everything wrong, even if that’s what happened. They do expect respect and guidance, leadership, friendship. They want to be reassured. They want to avoid fear and doubts. They rate a partner in his/her capability to be perceived immediately as trustworthy.  And of course she/he has to be truly reliable.
.
LWS: complicity, guidance and reassurance. Be appreciated and respected in their life style  They search for image consultancy, how can they improve their look.

What goal are they striving to attain: wealthy, pleasure, entertainment? A way to save time? A way to feel better? What is their meaning of life? How they do value life? Which is their life style?

SC: they can look for safety, for a secured bridge over troubled waters They look for profit and for consolidation. They can look for personal success, recognition, since their life is adventurous.
LWS: admiration, distinctiveness, pleasure. They want to be envied and be reassured they will always be envied in their life. Their life is a red carpet, a prime time show, a Broadway walk.
Where do they get their information: web, magazine, TV, word of mouth? Where, physically, do they read these information: at home, in a hotel, at work, at the bar, in a barber shop? In an Expo or Exibitions? By email?
SC: this is a difficult question to answer and it can really be different depending not from the industry by from several other features like age, location, personal temper. I would say I need your help to refine this answer: is the web a place where they can grab suggestions? Did they read magazines and books? Newspapers? Or will they just attend events and workshops to get the information they want?
LWS: I would say word-of-mouth mainly, or people they can trust, like peers, agents, VIPs. Therefore also magazine and website talking about luxury and fashion. Can you name some?
Who do they trust more: who will be person that could influence them? Who they believe is reliable? Who can be our referral for them? How can we approach them? How can we convince them in the easiest way?
SC those who already provide vantages to them, or opinion leaders they perceived not too far from them.
LWS: recognized opinion leaders, anyone they can consider a model for them or a trusted advisor
As you can see, some of these questions required analysis to be answered properly. This is why we need your help. Would you be so kind to share your views? I hope so.
