Le risposte per pensare - Answer to profile

Scroll down for English version  - thanks!

Prossimo post/next post Martedì/Tuesday July 12th

In quale modo ci aiutano?

As promised in the last post, we will try now to answer to some of these questions for two different products/services, just to share examples and work together on something that, I hope, could be useful for everyone.
The two business that I chose are
a)    sales consultant (SC): how to raise your profit with our help
b)   luxury woman shoes (LWS): wear your unique pair of shoes to be ravishing
And here the answers to the questions we mentioned in our previous article.
What bring them joy: why these clients are happy while buying something from us? How can we make them rejoice?
SC: increase rapidly their profit, see a quick Return On Investment, share the risk of the project, help them understand while work for them. So teach them do not just act for them. Provide a methodology together with results.
LWS: Feel unique, feel exclusive, show to other people that they are very exclusive people who can access and purchase very elite products. Be supported in using this product to get to their goal: be recognized as someone unique and inimitable in her world.

What are they worried about: why they do not sleep at night? What keep them awake? What make them sad? What can we do to dissolve their sorrows and give them back the possibility to smile?
SC: waste their money, trusting someone that should not to. Beat their competition, secure loyal clients, survive in a market of fierce competition, make the difference. Increase rapidly their sales and/or expand in a new market. Withstand the power of their clients in a negotiation situation.
LWS: being just one in a million (or in an hundred: does not matter if you are not The One). How to stand firmly at the top, how to be envied and desired. Do not be admired.

What challenges do they face: which are their issues? What they want to achieve in life and what does prevent them from getting where they want? How can we ease their way to the top?
SC: fight fierce competition. Differentiate themselves from competition. Get the attention of potential clients. Overcome traditional approach. Distrust marketing and advertising. Help them find a way to position themselves so that they can make the difference in their marketplace.
LWS: Stay on top, always be exclusive, get the attention of media, be envied. Always be on the spot, avoid being forgot.

What do you think  about? Where we go from here on? How can we use this suggestions to shape our offer?
Do you have suggestions to improve our answers? You comments will be much more than welcomed!
